He is an accomplished legal professional with a robust academic background, holding a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics and an LL.B. degree. He is a registered advocate and currently serves as a Legal Aid Counsel (LAC) on the Sessions Panel.With substantial experience across District Courts, various High Courts, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Mr. Popli maintains a dynamic litigation practice. His core expertise lies in criminal law, where he is recognized for his sharp courtroom advocacy, strategic approach, and result-driven representation. He has appeared in a wide spectrum of matters, including serious criminal offences, bail applications, appeals, and revisions.

Mr. Anubhav Tyagi, Advocate
Advocate Anubhav Tyagi is a Central Government Counsel currently representing the Union of India before the Delhi High Court. Appointed under the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice, he brings a sharp legal mind and a well-rounded practice to complex government and private litigation.
With a core specialization in criminal law, Advocate Tyagi has extensive experience handling a wide range of criminal matters, including anticipatory and regular bail applications, quashing of FIRs, criminal revisions, and appeals.
